1. The customer should fill the application form
2. Tarriff for the water bowser which involve 10 units of water which is equivalent to 10,000 litres is Tshs. 100,000/=
3. All payments should be made at the CHALIWASA pay points ( Wami Head Quarter and Chalinze Branch)
