CHALIWASA is answerable to the Board of Directors appointed by Hon. Eng. Gersony Rwenge (MP), who was the Minister responsible for Water and Irrigation with effect from 1st April 2016. The  Board include 10 members namely:-

• Mr. Eddes P. Lukoa                 - Chalinze District Council Representative [TRANSFERRED]
• Mr. Nicholas M. Makolo           - Domestic users Representative
• Hon. Lucas Lufunga                - Councilors Representative
• Ms. Rose J. Umile                   - Women group Representative
• Eng. Alphonce Mganga            - Regional Authority's Representative
• Bi. Flora S. Koka                     - Business Enterprises's Representative
